"He's a plastic surgeon wanted by Interpol in 12 countries. He specialises in doing identity changes for criminals and terrorists all around the world."
Teresa to the player during Yemen 1 when Fadhil's office is accessed
Ahmed Salim Fadhil is a minor antagonist in Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain.
A graduate of Yale and Harvard, Ahmed Fadhil returned to the Middle East to carry out his medical profession. He became the Chief Medical Officer in Syria before turning to private practice and offering plastic surgery operations for the world's criminals and terrorists.
Interpol learned of Fadhil's identity and issued arrest warrants in twelve countries, but the Yemeni Liberation Authority headed by Fatha Al-Hassan and Walid Abdul Khorsh sheltered him in Sana'a. Fadhil had access to a large single-room operating center outside of the city's black market arms bazaar.
He conducted identity changes for several figures connected to Syphon Filter, including PharCom scientist Lukas Kaufmann and an imposter of SVR Director Uri Gregorov. This explained the reappearance of Kaufmann and the decoy Gregorov who Lian Xing pursued in Moscow, Russia. Fadhil also altered an unidentified member of the Rising Hand, a splinter branch of the greater Anarchiste Libertaire Armee. Agency operatives were able to locate Fadhil's office and examine his records to learn that Kaufmann was still alive as Dr. Nikolai Jandran.
