Alec Kabanov is a character in Syphon Filter. According to Thomas Markinson, he is in command of Rhoemer's Stronghold for the Black Baton and kept Jonathan Phagan supplied with test subjects to be used with the Syphon Filter Virus.[1][note 1]
His fate is uncertain. He is either still alive or he was one of the men Gabriel Logan killed during his infiltration into the facility.
