Behind the Scenes

In the first three Syphon Filter games, the 9mm is modeled after the real-life MK23 pistol, though its texture is a grayish/rust variant in all three games. At some rate, it even resembles the Glock series of pistols due to the ingame resemblance to the G18, which is an automatic version of the 9mm and a bears resemblance to the real-life Glock 18c automatic.
