Fournier is an ex-French army sniper born on the island of Martinique. He fought for the island's freedom under Soren Masson, another marksman that deserted the army, and joined the ALA as his second-in-command. The two assassins, together with Andre Proust, organized an assault on the US city of Carthage after stealing the Omega Strain virus from Dr. Richard Broussard, who refused to hand the bio-weapon to the antagonists. When Proust ended up dead during a fight with IPCA operatives, Masson shot Broussard dead for failing to complete his bargain with the ALA. Fournier was told to stop Imani Grey from entering a warehouse that contained Lawrence Mujari. Masson also ordered him to contaminate the Carthage water supply with the virus but IPCA intervention stopped the terrorists who were supposed to engineer this event. Fournier was in charge of directing ALA terrorists in the streets, while Masson primed an explosive in the local mall, but during the operation Fournier was killed by Agency operatives.
