An extremely vicious and violent Japanese criminal and terrorist, most of Korin Matsua's background is covered by Tokyo police agencies and Interpol, but Lian Xing documented that he was an active leader of the Higashi no Takibi (East of Fire), a group tied to bloody activity including aggressions with the enemy Yakuza. She arranged to set up his group by triggering a war between both sides and using the battle as cover for an Agency infiltration into Murakawa Industries. Xing planned a DPE order to reward him, and it was carried out during the Tokyo assault.
