Background
Mikhas Ivankhov loyal to the cause of the release of the Chechens, he fought for Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union. He witnessed the atrocities committed by Russian troops in his village. Over time, Ivankov was an ordinary officer and took part in the Soviet fighting for world Communism.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Ivankov insisted on the release Chechnya , but the Russian refused and forced him to revolt.
Syphon Filter The Omega Strain
Ivankov mafia connection led to the participation of members Syphon Filter operation. He was familiar with Mara Aramov , though the extent of their cooperation is unknown.
Wanting to destroy Moscow, Ivankov sent Yushenkov to sell the Omega Starin virus on the black market. Chechens were able to buy nuclear warheads from North Korea in exchange for virus samples. Ivankov tried to run the warhead from the Ukrainian base, but the IPCA intervened.
Wounded in battle by IPCA agents, Ivankov fled to the nearest Ukrainian forest. Logan managed to track him down and killed him .
