Richard Erikson was one of Phagan's employees who worked at Pharcom, he was presumably in charge of the Pharcom Warehouses in Kazahkstan.

- Erikson's fate is not included to the storyline as it is left to the player on Erikson's fate, whether to kill him or let him live.
- In addition, although Logan tells Erikson that he'll return to the office, Erikson is not seen again.
