Silvers (or as he's known in the game, Commander Silvers) is a minor antagonist in Syphon Filter 3. He is an operative from The Consortium, who headed an operation with the NSA posing as FBI Agents at Paradise Ridge. He was also in command of a research camp in Australia, where he was ordered to wipe out all evidence within the compound by Mara Aramov.
Plot
Syphon Filter 3
During the Paradise Ridge operation, Silvers led a group of NSA agents posing as FBI to seize data from a downed Department of Defense government satellite. His mission was also to kill all the witnesses of the incident, including the local militia and the Oakton family. Both his tasks failed thanks to Teresa Lipan and the ATF, the former of whom stole the data and passed it to Gabe Logan. She later escorted most of the family into a safe zone.
While Vincent Hadden interrogated Gabe Logan and others, Silvers was given a second task. He was sent to Australia to control the operations as well as test the Syphon Filter virus on the local aborigines. On the orders of Mara Aramov, Silvers was supposed to cover up the operations and execute the entire medical staff, including Elsa Weissenger as well as all aborigines. However, he once again failed and this time he was killed by Lian Xing, who also terminated his guards before he could give the order.

Trivia
- It is impossible to kill Silvers as Teresa Lipan, for doing so would affect the events that unfolded since he appears again in the year 2001 at the Australian camp. To prevent this, he has plot armour and a Mission Parameter that will cause automatic mission failure should he be neutralised is implemented during Militia Compound.
