The Transaction on Kyrgysztan was a minor confrontation in Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain whereby Lian Xing attempted to botch a deal between the North Koreans and an arms seller by assassinating all the parties involved before the Koreans could acquire a bio-weapons container.
