Teresa: Zivmovic forces have been occupying an abandoned weapons plant for the past three weeks. But they're not alone. Here. Lian: Red Section.
Teresa: You got it. UN peacekeepers are preparing to strike, but I'm guessing they DON'T know what they're getting into.
Gabe: Lian, you schedule a meeting with MI6. I'll head to Bosnia.
Lian: Ok.
Gabe: What's our timetable for the UN attack?
Teresa: We have forty-eight hours.
The United Nations Assault on Tuzla Munitions was an attack on a weapons facility in Vogosca, Bosnia by United States 32nd Command, attempting to strike at Zivmovic Prijateljstvo forces, the latter of whom were supported by Red Section. Gabe Logan decided to investigate the connection between RS and ZP; he used the UN's insertion to cover his own infiltration into the area.
The confrontation was significant, involving massive amounts of casualties from both sides. Although Gabe Logan himself survived, most of the UN forces did not, including Pvt. Janzen and a wounded soldier, making this a tactical failure for the IPCA and a hollow victory for the US military. On the other hand, Red Section suffered innumerable losses but still won via their unique strategy. ZP forces were mostly killed during the fight; the survivors were presumably disbanded following their retreat from the area.

Addison Hargrove's evasion
Lian: Your signature is on EVERY one of these.
Addison: I told you, I was head of security. I had to sign EVERYTHING.
Lian: You're holding back something, and you KNOW it. WHAT is Project Dark Mirror? And WHY does Red Section want it?
Addison: I WASN'T involved in the research... Look, all I know is that our group found and cultivated rare plants, analyzed them for their commercial value. As far as I knew, KemSynth was working on a new type of DDT, a miracle pesticide that would end world hunger!
Lian: Why would Red Section want a... PESTICIDE?
Addison: I'm done here.
Ninety-six hours prior to this conflict, Addison Hargrove was subjected to an intense questioning from the IPCA, in which Lian Xing grilled her about why her signature was on a number of forms. Hargrove retorted that being the security I/C, she had to sign everything. Undeterred, Lian continued her tirade, accusing the lady of withholding information. She further continued by asking what Project Dark Mirror was and the reason that Red Section wanted it so much.
Addison countered with the fact that she knew nothing whatsoever about the scientific research. Attempting to appease the ex-CSS agent, she elaborated about the group finding and cultivating rare plants, eventually analysing them for the commercial value. KemSynth, according to her, was developing a new miracle pesticide aimed at ending world hunger.
However, this developed a deadlock, with Xing being unsatisfied about why Red Section would want a pesticide. Gabe then asked her for some moments so that he could be alone with Hargrove.
Gabe Logan's investigation
Gabe: What happened Addison?
Addison: I've told you EVERYTHING I know.
Gabe: You know what I mean.
Addison: I DON'T know.
Addison: The Agency changed. I changed. I just COULDN'T do it anymore.
Addison: Any of it.
